I had a VERY OLD plastic Tupperware Rollmat that was cracked, stiff and impossible to use or clean. I put off replacing it because I haven't baked in years, so I had no reason to use it until recently when my BAKING experiments began. SO the OLD rolled up carpet showed up and renewed my REPLACEMENT NEED. how URGENT! I read various reviews, ordered this one and found DREAM. I could BAAKE AGAIN without fear of a matte finish, HORRA! It's SO FLEXIBLE, easy to clean, roll up, put away and big enough to cover my worktop. It also includes dimensions etc so you don't have to guess about dimension conversions. It stays on the surface and the dough never sticks to it. Yes, I use surface flour, but I've used it on Tupperware. Never helped. Flexibility, the use of silicone and ease of use are every baker's DREAM. Every time I'm ready to bake, I grab the first thing I take out!
