Review on Efficient Cutting Made Easy: Wahl Cutting Machine 1395-0460 by Agata Skoneczna ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Mediocre goods, most likely I will not use.

The feeling is twofold. It cuts well, it is positioned as a home tool. But there is nowhere to store it except in a box. To clean, you need to unscrew the two screws. Constantly smear and clean otherwise it will burn. Brushes of hair length, all of the same color and how you need to peer in order to understand what length (Wahl has not yet realized that it would be possible to make different colors), or duplicate with a corrector. There is no case or hook for storing the machine (this is not a lot of money, at least some kind of bag) The start of the machine, the button clicks, it feels like a 3-phase electric motor starts, and there a current of 50 amperes passes. Vibrations, some kind of UAZ bridge will envy, it doesn’t know how to howl like that. The machine is heavy, and it creates the feeling that it will dig into the skin and smash your skull completely. The conclusions are: It cuts well, ergonomics does not pull hair - it simply does not exist, it works overcoming pain, it heats up after 30 minutes. Better buy some kind of Philips home or htc (with built-in nozzles). It will be compact, convenient, and will not take up much space. It's the same feeling that for the 100th anniversary of the brand, they found a warehouse of old unsold cars, put a logo on them, and decided to sell. It's like buying a computer with lamps in the 21st century.

Pros
  • - Quality knives - Simple circuit - Long cord - Easy to find spare parts, and you can even buy. - Does not pull hair (you can cut it beforehand without my head), it has enough power. There is a speed control (most likely the rheostat is worth it and that’s it, I didn’t make it out and there’s no desire) - Brushes for different hair lengths and there are a lot of them. But the truth is they are all black, the length markings are made simply by casting and in very small print, if your mother or wife has mediocre eyesight, she will not visually distinguish 6 from 8. You will have to wear glasses, or take a magnifying glass. Well, either mark larger with a white marker. - Guarantee. A year, will it break? No, never at all, by design this is the Kalashnikov among cars. The only thing is to change the knives, but you can buy them in the store and use them further. It will break only in one case, if you just turn it on and go for a walk for 8 hours. Then the motor will burn out. And so once a month, cut yourself, then pass it on to your grandchildren, with the words my grandfather used, I used, here you also have a haircut.
Cons
  • - Ancient layout, vibration motor made in the 70s. - Plastic parts fit badly (all the hair will be inside for several years, as well as dust and other evil spirits). - Instructions (this is not a book in 2022, it's just an A1 sheet, in which recommendations are simply written in principle about the concern's typewriters) - Adjustment screw for a screwdriver, plastic screw (this screw will not survive a normal screwdriver, the plastic is soft). What prevented the handle from turning is a mystery. - Sufficiently large weight, lack of a case for storing brushes, high vibration on hand - The machine is heated, a maximum of 20-30 minutes to work. Then sit and smoke, wait. - Price tag (1.2 on average). Where most of the cost is the copper in the coil.
