Review on ViewSonic VA702B 17 Inch Monitor Black by Tony Bolden

The monitor itself is sharp, with good contrast and brightness. Unfortunately, I was one of those lucky enough to get a monitor with dead pixels. It has 2 or 3 dead pixels and ViewSonic says it is "within spec" and will not replace it. I don't know about you, but when I buy something new, I expect it to be in perfect condition, not "close enough". , ViewSonic has a certain allowable dead pixel count that meets its specifications. It's like buying a new car with a broken windshield. Talk about bad customer service.
