Transparent with poor workmanship.
I just received this today and am very disappointed. The material is very light and transparent. The child wearing this will need a romper or t-shirt and shorts to wear underneath. For headdresses and belts, the fabric is not hemmed, but simply cut out and left untreated. Send back.
