This item was perfect for my 9 week old kitten. I would say it was probably a bit big but held it very well, I never felt like it would slip out. I used it to teach my kittens to walk. Good. My kittens still wouldn't walk, but it wasn't the fault of the dishes. They just didn't like going for walks. As for the suspension itself. it's very easy to put on, seems well made, the buckle doesn't come loose when I don't want it to (which is very important to me, I've had buckles on similar things that are starting to fall apart) . My kittens didn't mind at all. In fact, they pretty much ignored it after I put it on and started playing with each other on the leash when I left the leash tied. With no leash, they literally ignored the harness itself, which is pretty cool. I would take them to the park and let them run around a bit on the leash so I could catch them if they got too far or ran away in any direction. My son also enjoyed chasing the lines. One of the best parts. I also bought a pink kitten for my kitty girl which I included in the photo as well. They didn't mind wearing it at all, and even liked to play with each other with the leashes tied, and if the leashes weren't tied, they didn't care. Perfect 5 stars.
