I normally wear 6.5. I ordered the 7. Heal completely slides out and my big toe sat really far back in the toe box of shoe. It seemed to be at least a full size too big.Also the insert at that bottom is very thin and slides out easy. I could see this being a problem if you had a snug fit. It would definitely be something you would have to fix with every wear.I did send back and decided to go with a different kind.
