The only thing I didn't notice is that the baseboard on the counter was not facing forward of the seat so I had to start over but minimal delay. entirely my fault. You need a torx or an asterisk. I had one. I think it was T25 but possibly T30. For the price I was expecting this to be included but didn't see it. The packaging was very carefully designed and the item arrived in good condition. The brackets that attach the faux leather to the bottom of the chair could have been better, but so far it's holding up. Neither impressed nor disappointed. Feel it's pretty good quality but looks kinda simple. I was looking for durability, comfort and easy cleaning, and I also wanted the tulip feet and swivel feature to make it easy to get in and out. These chairs are state of the art.
