Let me start by saying that we had a previous Govee immersion light kit that worked great. Never had a problem contacting Govee directly. But this model is far from that. We had to recalibrate the light over 15 times and then completely reset the control box which finally gave us some light. The lights never matched the pictures on TV. When you deal with Govee customer service, they only answer you between 11pm and 2am. When I was asked to be replaced they kept giving me ways to fix it, which we have done on numerous occasions. I'm still in the process of removing this item, but I keep getting excuses. DISSATISFIED!
