Set this to 10700 (non-k). Is that an exaggeration? Not really. With the power caps removed this thing draws 150W+ and this cooler will handle it all day. Even running a CB R20 back to back, I think it hangs mid 70's. Once you start approaching and sustaining that 190W cooler rating, your temps will likely be closer to the low/mid 80s, but that's a LOT of heat and more than most CPUs will buy (especially with normal use ). Yes, and even at full speed (1600 rpm) it is almost silent.
