Cannot be assembled without a drill and power supply

Good TA, the only problem is that there are no suction cups and I had to buy a cigarette lighter power supply from Advanced Auto. The thing is bright, although I can see it at least 20 feet or more through my tinted rear window. The template selection is also a bit flashy. Overall a good buy, just wish it had a no-drill mounting option and a power supply that attaches to the bar template box. Would have been nice in amber green instead of amber white.
