Seems nice, but can't wipe off the markers.

This seems like a great board, worked well on the fridge and the markers it came with seemed to wipe off fine at first. Then things got busy, and it's been over a month (maybe two) since I erased and rewrote it, and now I can't get the marker off. I've tried a wet cloth, windex, and of course erasers on the back of the pens.I can't find the cloth it came with, but I'll look for something like that. Any recommendations on how to get the marker off after a month (or two)? Thanks
