Review on UFlex Elbow Compression Sleeve: Effective Brace for Injury Recovery, Tendonitis, Tennis Elbow, and More! by Jason Camarillo

Ideal for medial epicondylitis with slight modification

I have chronic medial epicondylitis, lower forearm pain, from elbow reconstruction after my bike collided with a truck. I bought an Ultra Flex Knee Compression Sleeve for ITB (Runner's Knee) last year and it has helped me a lot with my PT. I decided to try their elbow pads but was initially disappointed. The pressure on the elbow joint was more than comfortable (it has pins) and not enough on the inflamed muscle. I tried one of the compression bandages sold for tennis and golf elbow problems, but it only made matters worse - it was too tight and irritated sore muscles. It occurred to me to try bending the Ultra Flex sleeve in half so that all compression is concentrated on the medial epicondyle. It worked! First relief after the operation. I will add a photo, one of the "normal" ways to use it, the second is dual. The latter places it just below the elbow joint. I wonder if this would work for tennis and golf as well? It's a lot more comfortable than those skinny Velcro straps.
