Posted pic is about 4.5 days from adding starter soil and seeds. The front growth is baby cucumbers and radish; cherry tomato, watermelon, cantaloupe also sprouting very well. Started these on my kitchen counter with the humidity lit closed. Was quite surprised at how fast the seeds germinated.Pros: Easy to use; works great; fast shipping and reasonably priced. This seed starter works well at keeping the humidity inside the container - which I like a lot. I often start plants inside of ziplock bags for that reason. There's no watering involved since everything condenses and drips back onto the plants. Win-win in my book.There are two problems with these trays. 1) They're smaller than I expected. - about 5x7" or so which means the cells in the starter trays are really small. I was expecting it to be made of hard plastic but still work very well. I like that they have a liner and i can add water to the bottom so i dont disturb the top soil.

Just starting seedlings now. So far these are working very well to provide the environment to start plants from seeds. I used coir as the medium and that worked great. Some complained about the loose lid but that can be easily remedied with a piece of tape along one long side so the lid just flips up and stays connected. Its a minor adjustment and helpful on windy days.

It is small but I am very happy with the seed tray kit. Having clear dirt plant container let's you see root growth. A+Thanks

Received a packet of seeds for a "rare" plant and needed to be sure they got a good start.they have been planted and seem to be doing well.the "kit" I purchased had all I need.

Great system for starting seeds. The compartments were smaller than I thought, but they’re deep enough and big enough to get a seedling going strong before moving to bigger pot. The compartments fit into the Tray which catches excess water. The dome top is vented and does a great job keeping a moist environment, but I still need to take the dome off periodically, to prevent the seedlings from damping off. So far, so good. I possibly mis-read the description, but I was under the impression that these were an appropriate size to start and keep seedlings in until ready to transplant outside. Not so. I'm still new to starting seeds indoors, and this was a big thing I learned this year. Recently moved to a property where I can have a large garden and decided to start from seeds. Bought these trays and they turned out to be just what I needed. With the tops on they are like little seed greenhouses. Pretty much everything sprouted and is doing well.The bottom tray makes it easy to water everything without a mess.

I used these to start sunflowers, tomatoes, cucumbers and white marigolds. The greenhouse effect is great and really helped speed up the germination time, I transferred some out already to a bit bigger containers and they were very easy to pop out of the plastic and these are in great condition I can use them again

Really enjoyed these to use for my seedlings. Just as advertised!. Starting out so hopefully the transition to a bigger area will be smooth.

We bought these for indoor flowers. Worked very well. Don’t put in the sun because they will warp. We live in NM so our sun is intense. Would buy more if needed.

Pay close attention to the size. The trays look like they will hold up ok. The trays measure 6.5 inches by 4.5 inches which is smaller than I expected.

I would have given these kits 5 stars but everything was there except I was shorted 2 out of 5 cell trays. Very disappointed

These small yet sturdy domed flats are a terrific size for speciality seeds. With seeds that need a period of chill to break dormancy, these fit well in my fridge and still leave room for food. Also a great size forspeciality seeds that are sold in small numbers. Nice deep trays, and vented kids make it easy to maintain humidity.

Will help a lot when growing multiple seeds at once. Don’t bang it too hard or it will break, otherwise very practical. That's my review.

I like the size and the trays are fine. Wish the clear lid would snap on, it doesn’t fit tight and can easily be knocked lose. I taped it down on the ends and it seems to be working well. The plastic is a little on the flimsy side, but for the price what can you expect? I would buy them again. 😊

It germinated the seeds fairly quickly. It does not seem sturdy or long lasting but this is my first try so we will see how it goes. Recommend for first time planters.
