Review on Grow Your Own Adventure: Bonviee 5-Pack Seed Starter Tray With Humidity Domes And Base - Perfect For Indoor Greenhouse Propagation (12 Cells Per Tray) In Green by Daniel Anderson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Good for humidity and starting. Not so good for removing plants

This seed starter works well at keeping the humidity inside the container - which I like a lot. I often start plants inside of ziplock bags for that reason. There's no watering involved since everything condenses and drips back onto the plants. Win-win in my book. There are two problems with these trays. 1) They're smaller than I expected. - about 5x7" or so which means the cells in the starter trays are really small. That also means you're going to be moving the sprout soon after it sprouts. Therein lies problem 2) Getting the plants out intact without harming them is not real easy.I ditched the starter cells and went with peat cells. I can fit 6 per tray. You get 5 trays. So. 30 plants. Moving/planting them afterwards is a breeze, though most will need to be moved to a larger setup before planting. These trays give them about 2" of headroom before they start running into the plastic lid. That's still pretty tender to be planting outside.
