If you are looking for a natural/organic toothpaste I would not recommend this one. My teeth have become sensitive to certain foods that I have never had a problem with before. In addition, both of my front teeth have become darker. I thought maybe they were starting to fade, but after a few weeks of use it got worse. I switched to a different toothpaste and my teeth are back to normal. It doesn't taste good either which isn't a huge priority for me, it's just toothpaste but it just leaves your teeth never feeling clean.
