I want to love this massager but I have problems with it. First, the screw inside keeps coming out. Thankfully we can open and replace the lid, but for $85 that shouldn't be a problem. Second, it accidentally turns off during use. Third, when I use the knob to make it rotate in one direction, it only works for a few minutes and then shuts off. I'm also confused as to why there are small ledges in between the large ledges as they are too small to actually touch anything. I really want to love it because I feel good using it but with the problems I'm having I think I have to return it.
