Review on Hardware 1994 2003 Davidson Sportster Detachable by Danierl Temple

My big problem with this kit is the spacers. The OWM kit does not need them. They are built into the brackets. The spacers with this kit look like hell hanging off the screw. In other words, they're too big for the bolt, so they don't center. Also, you put more pressure on 1 wing attachment point. This will leave a mark, an imprint of the gasket as you tighten it. It came with 4 spacers when you only need 2. That was good because 2 spacers were chipping and rusting thin chrome. Get an OEM if you can. This appears to be made in China. OEM mounts have SEA hardware, this kit was metric.
