I'm trying to get a charger for my FitBit which is several years old. The first one I ordered didn't fit. I ordered the second one after visiting the chat group on the website. They told me which one to order but it didn't fit either. I didn't get any help from the company that makes Fitbit. I don't know what to do now because I'm just losing money.
