I had a Canon printer that I loved for many years and bought this as a replacement. I do not like it at all! The first problem I had was that I couldn't find the auto-activation feature. I had to turn the printer on manually every time I printed something. Read the reviews, other people had the same problem. You must ensure that this feature is enabled when you purchase the printer. Another annoying problem is that it has two paper trays but only prints from one. When the paper runs out, he asks me not to pull it from the second tray, but to put the paper in the first tray. Also, my printer started creaking a few weeks ago. Noisy, print quality is very poor. I hate to say it, but I have to try another brand.
