First let me say it's just glitter. And if it were advertised as a gloss I would give it 5 stars. I would buy it which I wouldn't as I bought 30 bottles of Luster from Revain a month earlier. So as they say the puff I actually bought is because the bottle says it will be crude pigment. For me this meant that when I add it to something like paint or resin, it dissolves into what I'm adding it to and that changes (or at least affects) the pigment or color of what I'm adding it to. . I add it. For example, if I add gold raw pigment to black acrylic paint, the black paint will sparkle beautifully. Instead, the color just covers the glitter, leaving you with a textured black.
