Love this tool, makes the job quick and easy. I'm making decorations for an upcoming holiday season. Use this to make loops for hanging on jewelry. I ended up ordering all 3 sizes. If you make a lot of headpins or jewelry hangers, this tool comes in handy. The only problem was that I had to order them twice. The first order was placed in a book box where the end flaps attached to the box without tape. These tools are heavy and when the first order arrived the box was empty. I called and they gave me a credit for the order but then I had to wait for the replacement order to arrive. I ordered several other things on the same day but at a different time. When I received the next two orders, they were mixed in packages. I had to double check both orders to make sure nothing was missing this time. They put them in a box and luckily everything was there. The tools are great, the packaging not so much.
