I received my 57 white Yorkim 1156 LED bulbs a few days ago and ordered them for my camper van. When camping off-grid, we rely on propane for cooking, heating water and cooling the fridge. All the energy for the lighting comes from a 12-volt battery. After a few days of camping in a lot of light, the battery will be empty for a week. A total of 10 bulbs for indoor and outdoor lighting. All bulbs are standard 1156 automotive bulbs. They tend to get very hot. If you don't have air conditioning, you don't really need extra heat. The pears were well packaged to protect them during shipping. The lamps arrived in perfect condition. There are LED chips around the perimeter and at the end. This guarantees the same illumination in all directions that a conventional incandescent lamp would emit. Lightbulbs are really easy and quick to swap out. Simply turn counterclockwise, loosen the pins on the old lamp and insert the new one in the same way. These bulbs are much brighter than incandescent bulbs, which tend to be slightly yellow. The Yorkim LED emits bright white light. I was really surprised how bright these bulbs actually are. The inside of my RV is much brighter than with the old bulbs. There are two bulbs in the three lights in the camper that give us extra light when we need it. With these bulbs, we don't actually have to turn on the second light. I can't think of anything I don't like about this lightbulb. It is very bright white and very easy to replace. As a quick note, these bulbs are slightly longer than a standard 1156 bulb. Just make sure you have room in the fixture for the extra length. Mine were a little tight, but I was still able to fit them in with no problems. I recommend them to other people who have RVs.
