I'm 6" 4" tall and weigh 338. I ordered 3xl. The shirt fits great. I don't look like a supermodel wearing it, but it does the job. I have a big leather apron and the shirt is almost gone. It takes a little effort to put the shirt on, if you have someone to help you it's easier. My only complaint is that the material on the bottom is too slippery. If you're my height, you know that keeping your pants tucked in can be a hassle. I plan to buy more as I lose weight. The first time I wore my 6 watch with no problem.
