Don't pick unless you want to keep your arm up or down the whole time. This only works in a room where you have free space to move up and down for the floating monitor. There is no way to precisely control the height of a monitor. The instructions aren't very useful, I had to go online and look for videos or more detailed instructions on how to control the height of the monitor. I was going to install it under the cabinets so the height is limited but there isn't good control over the height and I had to return it. Waste of time with very bad product design. This should allow you to adjust and lock the height of the monitor.
