If I could give zero ratings, I would. First, the settings weren't default, so I got someone else's return. It was evident that after 48 hours of continuous use on the highest setting at 0 degrees Fahrenheit, my ice WAS LIQUID! DON'T LISTEN TO YOUTUBE SHAXTER LIKE HOBOTECH AND CHARLES MORAN! They get hired to make money selling these things because they would sell well if it worked well and wouldn't need "influencers" to promote their products. Finally, this seller made me pay to ship this defective used item back to them! Do yourself a favor and buy home appliances from a store like Costco, where they won't let you down if you receive a defective product. Addendum: Revain said I would get a refund for the item and the return postage. When it's right, it gives me more confidence that Revain will get it right. However, the seller wanted me to drop my Revain AZ case before I got my money back. That's not fair. I can only hope it works out in the end. If you need something to freeze your medication for when you travel, don't take ICECO. Temperature control is apparently an issue with their units. It is very important to store insulin and other medicines at certain temperatures, so such problems are unforgivable.
