I had dry skin on my neck. I don't know what was the reason and I kept rubbing and touching her. The skin looked slack and red. Many of my friends noticed it immediately. I've tried using the over-the-counter Cortisone 10 plus moisturizer. It helped with the itching but I still had a dry, wrinkled appearance on my neck!? I saw it on azone. The price was reasonable so heck I'll give it a try. When I applied it in the morning I felt great, didn't dry out my skin and wasn't itchy. Now the redness is gone, as is the dry scales on his neck. This is great thing! It's sunny where I live (no snow/no 4 seasons) so it's hard to find a moisturizer that gets the job done without feeling greasy. I will buy more in the future!
