I bought this for my daughter's tiny Manhattan apartment and it was a perfect fit. It's beautiful, durable and very compact. Boxes are an added bonus! (There's never too much storage space in a Manhattan apartment!) Assembly was relatively easy, but be sure to get the right screws at each step. I thought they were all the same size and wondered why the ones holding the lid are so difficult to screw in. Turns out I accidentally used stool screws. BEFORE! I couldn't go back at that point due to the size difference, so I had to run to Ace to get more screws! All in all it seems like a lot for the money - it's very little but we wanted it! It can also be used as a temporary kitchen island. Who doesn't need an extra work surface in the kitchen, right?
