I like that you can customize your plan as needed depending upon what is available with each employer or self employed person's situation! Benefits are not always easy so working through it all together helps make sure everything fits right before enrollment time comes around again next year!! This makes our lives easier when we have questions about coverage changes during open season periods (i know this may sound strange but they do ask!) It also allows us more flexibility if someone gets sick unexpectedly which saves money at tax payer expense because their insurance does cover them then instead paying out health care premiums/co pays etc..
