Comfortable, soft, and exactly the color described. I love the stretch and they're definitely true to size (ordered usual size small). The dark spot on my knee is where I put them under some light running water and it took about five seconds to permeate the material. So water-resistant sure, waterproof not so much, but I'm wearing them as an underlayer so they'll work just fine. I can also put my (unusually long) hand passed my wrist into the side pockets which is fantastic.
