There were both good and bad things. Yes it's very small which made it trickier but some parts needed sanding to fit together well - for example the roof fascia wasn't cut on an angle and had to be cut and sanded to fit - same as the bay window. And the railing for the stairs was not small. In addition, all parts of the house can be easily combined with each other. The material provided for some internal components was disproportionate. The material you were supposed to cover the chairs with was printed so large (plaids and flowers) that there was no room to cut to show the design. I ended up painting the chairs and not incorporating the legs because the tiny stick you had to cut into even smaller pieces wasn't big enough to do it and left enough to make the books on the shelf. Also, the curtain fabric was too thick to make curtains so I just gave them up as they weren't very visible anyway. The instructions were confusing in places (it said finding a thin white wire which I thought was missing). didn't know it was a white balloon string yet) but overall the instructions on the pictures were followed well and no parts were missing from the kit. Personally, I will never buy one that small again, but even with what I had to skip or change, it still came out pretty cute.
