When I received this product I was amazed by its appearance and functionality. Sound and volume are great! There is a "but" here (obviously from the 3 stars I rated). After a week of use, I found that the function switch (Off, Bluetooth, Radio, Aux) is a bit loose. I wasn't sure if it had always been like this because it wasn't something I touched constantly. Shortly after noticing this, I found that I could no longer turn off the device. I can turn off the switch but the light stays on and the mode stays the same as last time. If it was in radio mode, it stays in radio mode. If it was in bluetooth mode, it stays in bluetooth mode. I can switch it to a mode other than "Off". Of course, if I try to turn off the device while I leave work, the device stays on the whole time and the battery dies the next day. I use it in radio mode while standing by the windowsill to improve reception. As a result, I can't keep the power cord plugged in all the time due to the location of the USB port (on the back instead of the side). I can't put the radio on the window without it falling off the ledge when the cord is connected. I'm not sure if I want to live with the fact that the battery is completely empty every day.
