I bought this based on the reviews. I'm 5'4, about 150lbs and got the medium. It fit slightly snug around the hips because of the wide elastic band, but fit a bit baggy in the armpits and arms. Sleeve length was just a touch too short. The material is very soft and cozy, though it's obviously not the highest quality. Also sheds a little. As well, there are really thick, bulging seams on the inside around the waist and arms where the fabric color transitions colors that's a little uncomfortable, so an undershirt might be necessary for some who are bothered by that. My biggest complaint, and the main reason I returned it, were the pockets. First, they were a little shallow for my liking. Second, there's 4 layers of the thick fabric that create the pockets that happen to sit right on my hips. It honestly made me look twice as wide and about 30lbs heavier. I don't care how comfy it is, that's a deal-breaker. I worked hard to lose weight and I'm not about to wear clothing that makes me look like a giant apple. Maybe if I'd sized up to a large it'd have been better, but the medium was already quite baggy around the upper body and arms. Long story short, this just wasn't for me.
