Review on YSoft SAFEQ by Jason Chaplain

My favorite feature is that I can just walk up to my printer and it prints anything from any machine without me having to log in. The only downside would be if you don't have your own scanning device or someone willing to do scans for you. It makes our life so much easier! We are able to use this at anytime and anywhere as we travel since we no longer need to go back to headquarters to get access to all of our printers. I like that you can log in from anywhere as long it is connected to your network & have internet access! It's easy for people not familiar w/ technology (like me) but there should be better training so we don't feel overwhelmed when using this software product at our workplace! We use Safe Q very often now since its been implemented here by my employer which makes life much easier because of how simple everything has become through safeway!!
