I'm so glad I have a polo shirt. It is really very light, but at the same time thin, delicate and very pleasant to the touch. Even though it stretches, it wraps so gently around my body, adding to the comfort. I use it for work, free time and chic casual occasions. It performs very well outdoors in high temperatures and wet conditions (I work on a cruise ship) while being comfortable in extreme situations (I tend to sweat a lot in warmer temperatures and on the go). Be careful around sharp objects and materials.
