This is a very nice storage box. It can be mounted either behind the handlebars or behind the seat on the top tube of the frame. It has a thin side with a mesh pocket for papers, wallet and other flat items. The other side is a more spacious place to store your phone, tools, flashlights or similar items. very waterproof. It appears to be made from polyester fabric that has been heated and pressed to the point where it has become a solid sheet of plastic. It is very light and strong but keeps its shape. Easy installation. Once you get what you want you will need to cut off the excess velcro. Definitely worth your money!
