Review on Xiaomi Mi 10T - Dual Sim Smartphone in Cosmic Black with 6GB RAM + 128GB Storage, Alexa Hands-Free by Abhey Abhi ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am very happy with this purchase, I will advise everyone!

I think that the review will be supplemented over time. So far the device is great. BATTERY Out of habit and to be sure, I charge every day (at night). But the battery will "forgive" if you forget to charge it. Two days is enough for an "above average" usage scenario without heavy gaming. SCREEN Everything is smooth. The brightness is enough for use in direct sunlight (in winter without clouds, in the summer I have not tested it yet). SOUND Really loud. I put on 30% the volume of the conversational speaker and the call. At 100%, the ringtone will raise the dead, and 100% of the speaker volume of your interlocutor will hear from 5 meters. CONNECTION There are no connection problems. If you look at the disassembly on YouTube, you can see that the body is a solid antenna. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC - no problem. Type-C with USB 3.1 support is a nice bonus for those who will use the phone as a flash drive, connect to external monitors, and more. PERFORMANCE At the moment, the smartphone is not the most powerful, but the 10th ANTUTU rating for the money is cool. All applications open quickly, friezes and brakes are not noticed. SUPPORT Xiaomi has already announced the ate to android 11 with MIUI 12.5. With a high degree of probability there will be an ate to android 12 in the 22nd. There are enough covers and other accessories for Ali))). And judging by the fact that the smartphone is only gaining popularity, there will be even more. FIRMWARE For those who will reflash. The ARB system is not configured (ARB: 1, Anti Roll Back) - you can roll back the firmware to earlier versions (tested on my device - rolled back). Firmware available on w3bsit3-dns. Com. MIUI dialer only in Indonesian firmware, not in Indian (from official ones).

Pros
  • 1) Performance. I don’t play heavy toys, but I needed an instant smartphone reaction to my actions under any workload; 2) Good IPS screen + 144Hz refresh rate. Everything works smoothly, the eyes rejoice; 3) Communication quality. The network keeps excellent; 4) Wireless communications are good: Wi-Fi is not buggy, mobile Internet (Beeline, St. Petersburg) flies, GPS 1-2 seconds before determining the location (3D Fix), NFC is powerful (it works already at 3-5 centimeters from the terminal); 5) The presence of USB Type-C with support for USB 3.1. I use my phone as a flash drive. 10 GB write / read without problems; 6) Stereo speakers. Nice sound. Loud both when calling and when talking; 7) The brightness of the screen is enough with a margin; 8) Capacious battery.
Cons
  • More flaws than flaws: 1) Out of the box, the proximity sensor was buggy. You bring it to your ear, the screen turns off, you move it away - it turns on. But during the conversation it turned on randomly, although the phone was pressed tightly to the ear. I decided to flash the Indonesian version; ADDED 24.02: I rejoiced early, the firmware for the Indonesian version did not solve the problem. All the same, periodically during the conversation the screen turns on. 2) Like all modern Xiaomi, Google dialer and messages are installed instead of the "native" MIUI dialer. I'm used to the MIUI dialer with automatic call recording. It is convenient to listen to a call from spammers for analysis, sometimes they dictate a lot of information, but there is no pen at hand. I returned the MIUI dialer by flashing it to the Indonesian version; 3) Camera. In principle, it shoots well, but autofocus somehow infuriates, especially when shooting video. It feels like he misses, then he understands the jamb and gets up at the right point. But for me, the camera is the 10th place when choosing a smartphone. There is excellent.
