I have one of these lights in my garage, one in my laundry room that I put a 4-in extension on to get out of the can light fixture, and gave one to my neighbor for his garage to get rid of that dim, ugly pigtail curled fluorescent bulb he had. These suckers work! And they are bright! Had to get used to the one second lag when you flip the switch for them to go on. Sort of like the old tube type fluorescence without an electronic ballast that used to take a second or two and would flash before they came to full brightness. These don't flash but that one second delay makes you think that they might be burned out, but that's not the case. Overall these will brighten up your day, and especially your night!
