Very bright white light (5000k) with three adjustable led light panel. Adjusting the panels help improve light distribution but still not ideal or uniform 360 degree . Just the nature three flat led panels. A bigger issue is when mounted on a 8 foot ceiling there is a lot of glare in your eyes so keep looking down. I have an older house with a small basement whose ceiling is somewhat low, and with a single light socket in the ceiling. I looked at the specs on several lights like this on revain, and determined that this one was short enough that I wouldn't bump my head on it, once screwed in to the socket. It went in easily, and the LED panels are simple to adjust. Ordered the box with 2 in it. They came quickly and were packaged well. Took the first one out and simply screwed it into the receptacle and BAM! Bright as heck. Just as advertised.Moved on to the other light, screwed it in and BAM! Tripped the breaker the light was on. Reset, tried another receptacle in a different part of the house: BAM! Tripped the breaker. Dead short.So for the one that did work, it's great.Ordered a different set of two and they both worked.My luck is questionable at best.

I placed the lights in an unfinished part of my home and was disappointed with the amount of light they cast. I have other LED lights and they are much brighter. For the price they are excellent, but I recommend paying a little more if you want better illumination.

Update: After a week of use, I replaced them with 3000K lamps. But the more serious issue is after they sat on a bench for a week, both lamps in the pair began leaking what appears to be a clear OIL. No clue what oil is needed for, and who knows what purity and safety goes into producing the oil used - is it silicon based dielectric, or is it the type loaded with PCBs that are hazardous and banned in places outside China?I would avoid buying these lamps at all costs.================Color is a…

A nice way to get more light from a standard incandescent light socket. Nicely reduces shadows by projecting light in several directions. The white light is a little harsh compared to 'warm light' type LED lights. Good for garages where you want white light, but I would not like this color light inside my home. The brightness is good, but not as bright as I was hoping for. Seems equivalent to two 100 watt light bulbs.

The motion detection portion is not advertised. It is rather poor.You have to turn the light on and off 3 times in order to defeat this "feature", and then do it again each time you turn the light off if you want these to remain on. There is no permanent way to delete this "feature". Don't know who would want to leave their garage lights on all the time and then have them turn off after a few seconds when the motion stops. These lights are very bright! If you need a space illuminated well, this is the product for you. It is almost too bright and I wish there was some kind of stronger filter or glare reducing item that I could add to this light fixture. Price is good and it was easy to install. I would recommend but again, this light is very bright.

These were put in my garage and the light is whiter than the curly bulbs they replaced but not sure worth the price. They don't shoot light very far at all so the moveable leds don't work very well.

These lights were easy to install and I did not expect the amount of light that has made my garage a showplace! I can now see every nook and cranny! So happy with this purchase!

I've only had these for a couple weeks, so here's what I can say. They draw 28 watts. Sometimes 29 watts. They're closer to 5500-6000K in color (more blue). There's no way the whole box of four is 8000 lumens, maybe 3000. On the pro side, they're cheap. But will a company that lied about all this stuff make it right when they fail after a few months? Nah. They've inflated the ratings on this like everything else on revain, and revain doesn't care. You can get 4 of the 7 watt Sylvanias on revain

These best for high ceilings, or in lamp facing upward to reflect on white ceiling or wall to produce diffused room light. Also probably good for basements in incidents where wish reliable light that should last because design seems very robust and panels well isolated from circuitry.In a confined space like a laundry area, you can probably get more light from even a 30w 2 or 3 panel of that cheaper white casing design due to the extended surface area of the panels and curvature of the covers…

Bought another light that was posted at 6500K. Very harsh white light. Needed a light that is super bright but a warm color. Sun light color. 5000K color. These are not 5000k. I have a 6500K light already. These are about the same harsh white unnatural color.

I use this in my garage and the light it casts is amazing! I had hoped it would replace the light over my parking space that goes on and off when the garage door opens and closes, but there was not room for it once the sides are opened. So it must be installed in a ceiling light socket. That doesn't matter since the light is bright and light up the entire garage. This light worked just as described. I was amazed at how bright it is, especially compared to the old bulb. No special wiring or changing fixtures, just switched bulbs and voilà there was light in the darkness.
