Decent product, easy to set up, good phone app controls and nice UI. The big problem for me was the product I received through the Revain store. 2 out of 2 for error. No one will send notifications or record activity. Another has died after 3 weeks of normal operation and can no longer detect the presence of an SD card and connect to the phone for setup. Reolink made amends by replacing both faulty cameras, and we've been fine ever since. It should be noted that they are REALLY proactive in responding to support requests and will try to help as much as they can. Better than many modern manufacturers. So the support team gets an A and the product gets a B. The product would have gotten a higher rating, but previous failures killed that chance.
