For the chrome/metallic effect, use your fingers, not a brush!

I love all the colors have gotten a few doublings but that's a good thing too, I found they just shimmered with the little brush that comes with the kit but when I did that Powder applied with my finger FOUND THE CHROME/METALLIC EFFECT HERE!
