What a waste of time and money

My nails have grown quite long and strong but I can be careless and break them here and there. I am a few days ago, I don't remember what I did but my pinky started to tear and I really wanted to save it before it tore along the nail bed line. I remembered going into a nail salon a few years ago and wishing I had acrylic nails, I had something similar. The nail technician used this type of tape which was basically a nail patch because my nail was fine the next day. I wanted to try it myself because I knew it was easy, so I bought this silk nail repair sheet. You can see from my photos that it is easy to apply (after you have buffed and cleaned the nail) but as soon as I wanted to apply a base coat so I could paint my nails it didn't hold! I tried to hold him down with pressure and yet he didn't stay down! In the end it just slipped off my nail and I was so excited. I used polygel to save my little finger. This is my recommendation to you, don't worry about this tape.
