Very easy to connect. The sound quality is excellent. I love that you can use either or both for a number of reasons. First, I can't stand talking on the phone with my ears plugged in, which is what happens with these headphones. It's like putting your fingers in your ears and trying to talk to someone. Having just one for phone calls reduces that hassle. To be honest, I'm not enthusiastic about multi-touch. I can't hear my wife a meter away when listening to music at a normal volume, which is good when your wife is grumbling and bad when she's trying to warn you that you're in imminent danger. Realizing she wants my attention, I find myself hitting the right button a few times to stop the music before it registers. Nothing really special, but this thing is sealed in your ear, so it sounds like you're banging your ear with a drum and pounding harder and harder. I'm pretty sure it's user error. I love the magnets on the charging case, but sometimes you have to check if the earbuds are sitting properly. It flashes green three times and then stays on for a while to indicate that it's charging. From dirt etc. Sometimes I have to rub the two metal contacts on the case and earpiece a bit to charge them. both inside and outside the body. After trying a few things, including contacting the seller, I decided to let the kidney die overnight. After he died I put him back in his charging case and everything is fine now. All in all, for the price, they can't be beat. I like the lack of wires between the headphones, like my previous pair.
