The build quality of this cable is excellent. Longer than average allows for much more flexibility of use. Both ends fit their ports very snugly and don't come loose even when I adjust the position of the laptop. Getting two for this price is a great deal and I like to have a backup cable in case something happens. I use it with an MBP connected to a docking station that has two additional monitors + six USB ports and audio in/out. and everything works fine, no connection/bandwidth issues. If you are looking for an AB type USB 3.0 cable, I highly recommend buying this one!
