Great customer service and willingness to help

I like that they do a lot of work to ensure you are getting as much value out of the program as possible. They have been responsive to all my questions and concerns, and always seem eager to help. Sometimes it can be difficult to communicate with the team through the platform. That's not their fault - but it makes it harder for me to know when I'm speaking with an actual person instead of just another anonymous agent. I haven't had a chance to try the program yet, but I am looking forward to finding ways to maximize the value I receive from it. The main thing I hope to see is more effective lead nurturing, which will hopefully result in more qualified leads.

Pros
  • All our agents appreciate how easy this software has made things! It helps us focus less time managing Leads vs prospecting/selling; we've used other platforms before (like HubSpot) so having one central place where everything happens really helped ease some pain points about marketing automation across different channels including website traffic tracking & analytics reporting
Cons
  • We're still learning what works best within Rev Zens system at every step
