Purchased 7/26/2019 I'm giving the towel 4 stars as I've only used it twice but am impressed with the duration (cooling). Compared to other cooling towels I have this one is amazing. I live in Mississippi. I cut 2 acres of grass yesterday and trimmed it with a mower. The thermal index was 107%. I sweated a bit while trimming. While mowing the grass with a lawnmower, I noticed how cool the towel was around my neck and shoulders. When I first started cutting, I wasn't as hot as usual after a haircut. The towel dries out a lot, but when you wet it again it becomes very flexible. This is a big enuff to fit into a shirt and wrap around your neck, and a long enuff to lie on your chest to some extent. After using the towel twice I was very impressed with how well it cools and 'how long' it lasts. It takes me about 2:20 minutes to mow my garden. The towel was still wet when I finished. Last week I mowed 4 acres at my church. He stayed cool the whole time. The towel began to dry out towards the end - easy to restore by rewetting. I didn't flick or twist the towel when I used it, but I did notice how cool the towel was when I put it around my neck, but I'll do it next time: I didn't realize you had to do it . Since I don't use it every day, I hand rinse and let dry flat or hang on a hanger. I have to say this is the best towel I have ever used that lasts long (cool against the skin). I suggested to other friends who were complaining that their towels don't last long - keep cool. Works perfectly.
