Review on Minnie Mouse Cruiser Wheels Toddler by Matthew Maggot

I ordered this for a friend's birthday. I rated it 4 stars because it was difficult to assemble (rear axle). I'm good at packing, but the rear axles cost me a lot of time. It would be nice if the manufacturer drilled small holes in the hard plastic lid. You have to take a hammer to punch a hole in 2 hard caps. I also had trouble putting the metal caps on the caps, the metal caps lock the caps. Metal caps protect hubcaps and wheels from tearing off.
