This tray is very durable and a great piece of furniture for your home. It's well built, easy to assemble and fits in many convenient places in your home. I live in a small RV and it fits perfectly! If I had a recommendation it would be to enlarge the hole by making it a circle or square. It would also be very helpful if you include a trash can that fits comfortably in the space provided. I've bought several and I'm still not happy with what I've found so far! The search for a litter box will continue, but I love an aviary to hide my kitten's unflushed litter box!
