The fact that you can add your own logo design & customize it to fit every need or requirement is great! We use SBY as an internal tool, but also have external clients who purchase our services through their website with credit cards - this allows them full control of there billing information without having us send out monthly statements etc.. I've used other hosting providers in my day (AWS), so if they ever go down/go bankrupt we lose everything all at once. With SBY its more like one step forward two steps back kinda thing- sometimes when i check up online its fine then 10 min later not available anymore!! If using externally make sure u know what kind of support will be offered by siteby before signing anything. As mentioned above, just do some research about how well supported each service provider's servers are I like that it is easy to use, very user friendly with many different options available! It's great when you need multiple people involved in your project as well because of all the features they offer including tracking payments/reimbursements etc., this software has made my life easier by helping me keep track of everything so i don't have to worry about forgetting anything important or having issues remembering who did what task where at times which makes things alot more organized.
