Rubber boots tend to be a bit large for children. My son wears 11.5 in shoes, I ordered 11 and 12. 11 for PERFECT but when his feet grow 1 inch they don't fit lol so I chose 12. Besides, he can wear them next winter. Light up the 👌🏼 and they are 100% authentic! Sears sells them online for $39.
