Exactly what I was looking for!

Fits Ultra Limited '22. The extra length makes shifting easier. Nice clean look. Not heavy or noisy. Seems to have been installed from the factory. There are no installation instructions. You can't use a wrench. Just add some blue Loc-Tite and hand-tighten "as tight as you can" according to the manufacturer. As long as nothing resolves. I wish they had made a "shorter" version for heel derailleur use.
